Letting Terms
We are a local company and manage all the properties ourselves, so if you ever need us we're just around the corner...literally!
We are always available to answer any questions you have and you can contact us here
Our properties are approved under the universities UNIPOL code and the deposits are protected under a DPS scheme.
If you see a property that you like, the first step is to contact us to arrange a viewing of the property.
You can call us on 07960 442 866 or email us at [email protected].
Once viewed and if you would like to go forward with the rental we simply ask you:
1. to pay a Holding Deposit of £100 (deducted from your 1st rent instalment).
This is a deposit to hold the property (capped at no more than one week’s rent). Please note; Your holding fee will be retained if you supply false and/or misleading information which reasonably affects our decision to let the property to you, you fail the Right to Rent check, withdraw from this proposed Tenancy Agreement or fail to take reasonable steps to enter this Tenancy Agreement within the *deadline for agreement.
Deadline for Agreement is 7 days after the holding deposit is received – Signed Agreements, Completed Guarantors, Right to Rent documents need to be received by Rent in West Bridgford Ltd within this time frame.
2. email us your full name, home address, mobile number, email address, student number, course and course completion date, your next of kin and your UK Guarantor details (name, address, mobile number and email).
3. payment of security a deposit (small deposit of £100 protected with the DPS)
4. we ask to see two forms of ID (for Right to Rent)
Please see more information: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/right-to-rent-document-checks-a-user-guide
After receiving all the above for each tenant we will then create the Agreements. All documents are e-signed for ease.
